Ski hire Chamrousse
Chamrousse has a long history of winter sports. The first ski runs date back to 1787. In 1968, Chamrousse hosted 6 events of the Grenoble's Olympic winter Games. This large ski resort has retained its natural alpine charm. Accessible from Grenoble by two roads, enjoy driving whilst observing the breataking landscape. Chamonix is particularly sought after by those who want a family skiing holiday. The area is made of over 1300 hectares with 92 slopes for alpine skiing and 37 trails for Nordic skiing. Children will be well looked after in the new “Kid’s park”, as equipment has been specially designed to suit their requirements. Enjoy the “Sunset Park”, and its mogul fields and fitted handrails, you'll be able to practice both boardercross and slopestyle. If after your epic days skiing your still not tired, put your skates on and have fun on the outdoor ice rink which is open until late throughout the winter season.
