Ski hire Arosa
Arosa is a friendly resort in Switzerland’s Schanfigg valley. At an elevation of 1,800 m, it benefits from excellent sunshine and snow coverage.
Arosa is a family-friendly, relaxed ski resort which combines vertical descents for skilled skiers with a tranquil village welcome in the Grisons mountains. Arosa’s ski terrain rises to 2,650 m altitude and offers unhindered views of the Swiss Alps.
The ski area is broadly accessible, with mostly blue runs. Arosa is connected to Lenzerheide, offering access to the biggest ski area in Grisons with 225 km of snow-covered slopes. There is ski terrain for both downhill skiers and freeriders who can enjoy four well-equipped and varied snow parks and fun parks. Then there is the Funslope for modules away from the piste, as well as two other famous local freeride areas: the Parpaner and the Aroser Weisshorn. Arosa really has thought of everyone, with 140 groomed trails for winter hiking as well as lots of cross-country skiing trails. Try your hand at snowshoeing, tobogganing (daytime and at night), curling or even Eisstock.
There are so many new snow sports sensations to discover through the activities on offer in this resort, including snowbiking and AirBoards. You can even savour the thrill of flying with ski-paragliding. Or you could be lucky enough to catch the IceSnowFootball (a friendly football world cup held on the snow) in January or even the Arosa Humour-Festival of comedy and cabaret in December.
There are also ski rental shops in the resort. For your ski rental needs, choose our Luzi Sport store which is ideally located on the doorstep of your accommodation at the foot of the slopes.
