Ski hire Söll
Söll, where you can ski day or night
Söll is one of the resorts in the vast ski area of SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, which has 284 kilometres of runs and 91 ski lifts. Located in the heart of the famous Tyrol region, it’s the largest ski area in Austria. In Söll, you’ll find restaurants, ski schools and several ski hire outlets to help you make the most of your stay.
Snow sports in Söll
The resort of Söll lies at an elevation of 703 metres. It shares its incredible ski area, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, with 8 other resorts. This area has an elevation difference of 1337 metres, lying between altitudes of 620 and 1957 metres. Once you’ve picked up your equipment from the ski hire shop, you’re ready to take on one of the 225 runs. The ski area is very modern, and almost all of it is topped up by snow cannons.
Good to know: a nature reserve for winter hiking
Söll is a pleasant resort that provides access to the largest ski area in Austria, but it’s also a typical village located in the Wilder Kaiser Nature Reserve. As well as skiing or snowboarding, make sure you fit in a winter hike, so you can lay eyes on the lush natural environment and snowy scenery of this Austrian region.
Ski after dark
In Söll, you’ll have the chance to ski at night as well as during the day! After a quick stop at the ski hire shop, you can take to the slopes in the daytime with your family or as part of a group lesson. But the skiing by no means stops when the night falls, thanks to the 18 kilometres of nighttime ski runs in the resort.
So for your next trip to the heart of Tyrol, choose Söll, where you’ll be met with snow, the beauties of nature, and our Skiset ski hire shops within no distance of your accommodation and the ski lifts.
