Fügen
Fügen, the ideal ski resort in the heart of the Tyrol
Fügen is a small Austrian resort located at a low altitude (634 metres) and is the best known town in the Zillertal valley. Renowned for its many and varied activities, both sporting and cultural, the resort offers 183 kilometres of pistes.
An area on a human scale
As anyone who loves Fügen will tell you, its human-sized ski area is very enjoyable. With little traffic and pleasant, snow-covered and well-maintained slopes, there is no need to wait at the bottom of the lifts.
However, for experienced skiers, there are shuttle bus connections to nearby resorts and their respective ski areas.
Good to know: discover the longest descent in the valley
The longest downhill run in the Zillertal Valley is 7 kilometres long and offers a lot of fun and thrills. Don't miss out on any of the fun in the ski rental shop.
Not to be missed in Fügen
On bad weather days or to combine skiing with culture, be sure to visit the beautiful churches in the Austrian town. One of them is even considered to be the most beautiful in Tyrol. You can also explore the resort's museums (the mining museum and the dairy museum) or wander through the small town centre for shops and ski rental outlets. At the end of the day, head down to the bottom of the chairlift to enjoy the resort's bars and entertainment.
As sporty as it is cultural, the small resort of Fügen allows you to enjoy skiing and discover the region. A real bargain! As soon as you arrive, go and choose your ski hire in one of our Skiset shops and don't waste a minute on the slopes.
