Ski hire Klosters
In the south east of Switzerland, in the canton of Graubünden, lies the legendary Klosters. Perched at an altitude of 1206 metres, the Swiss winter sports resort is renowned for the many celebrities and royalty who spend their winter holidays here.
Surrounded by the Silvretta massif, the Wolfgang Pass or the Gotschna, Klosters offers its skiers breathtaking views. Skiing is of course the main winter activity in the resort. Klosters offers access to 6 ski areas, including the largest in the canton of Graubünden. The Parsenn Davos Klosters ski area is directly connected to the resort of Davos. This ski area has 210 km of marked and safe slopes, one of which is among the longest in the world with no less than 12 km of downhill runs. Skiing in this area is a pure pleasure, as the slopes are very wide, the panoramas magnificent and the numerous lifts are state-of-the-art. The Jakobshorn is another ski area that can be described as a paradise for freestylers. The area has the "Jatz Park", which is one of the most complete snow parks in the Alps. Finally, among the many ski areas that are accessible from Klosters, the family area of Bolgen allows children to discover the joys of skiing as well as the wonderful Disney course.
Klosters is a quiet village, far from the festive atmosphere of Davos. It is adorned with numerous wooden chalets and beautiful luxury hotels. The village offers a lot of entertainment during the winter months that will excite all members of the family. Snowshoeing excursions are also organised to allow visitors to discover the beautiful surroundings of the resort. Also, Klosters has been cultivating an interest in ice sports for many years, whether it be hockey or curling, which are often great events. Finally, discover the culinary delights of the region in one of the many restaurants in the resort.
